Aaron Beardsley was identified as the suspect in a commercial burglary and arrested months later in Los Angeles

SUSPECT: Aaron Beardsley 39-years-old, resident of Hesperia
VICTIM: 35-year-old female, resident of San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
On October 31, 2020, Aaron Beardsley entered the Arco AM PM. An employee at the business left her purse in a closed room inside the business and Beardsley walked to the rear of the business, opened the door, and took the victim's purse. Beardsley left in a vehicle and in the days that followed, he attempted multiple financial transactions with the victim's stolen credit cards.
On November 5, 2020, Beardsley returned to the Arco AM PM and was recognized by store employees. Employees alerted deputies and Beardsley fled prior to their arrival. Through investigation, Beardsley was identified and found to be on active felony probation out of San Bernardino County.
On January 16, 2021, Beardsley was arrested in Los Angeles County on an arrest warrant for the theft.
