The Cities of Lisbon and Mt Vernon are delcaring a SNOW EMERGENCY beginning at Noon Sunday 2/21/2021 through 4 PM Monday 2/22/2021. Help the crews keep your street clear by ensuring vehicles are removed from city streets. Vehicles remaining on designated snow routes during this emegency face a $25 fine and having your vehicle towed.
