On 2/20/21 Miranda-Rivera was visiting Santa Barbara with her family and became separated from them at approximately 1700 hours in the area of Anacapa and E. Cota St. The photograph shown is of Miranda-Rivera just prior to losing contact with her. Miranda-Rivera is 12 years old, no cell phone and is unfamiliar of the area. She is primarily Spanish speaking but understand some English.
