* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, with up to 4 inches possible across the higher terrain along Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County and over Sullivan County. Winds gusting from the south up to 30 mph on the ridges.
* WHERE...Portions of central Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 8 AM to 3 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The snow could be heavy at times, and fall around one inch per hour during the late morning and early afternoon hours.
