Our deputies need our residents' help! We have a missing teen and we would like to get him home as soon as possible.
Arthur Lee James Moore is a 14 year old Hispanic male. He is about 5'04", weighs 100lbs and has short black hair, brown eyes and wears braces. He was last seen this morning near 21st Street West and West Avenue H-12 in Lancaster. At the time, he was wearing blue plaid pajama pants.
