* WHAT...Snow and sleet accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, and a light glaze of ice from freezing rain.

* WHERE...Allegany County in Maryland, and Berkeley, Jefferson, Morgan, and western Mineral Counties in West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 6 AM to 2 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility may be reduced below one-half mile at times in snow Monday morning. Temperatures will rise above freezing for most areas by midday Monday.
