City of Sheboygan Customer Services Impacted by Software Updates on February 25 and 26, 2021
The City of Sheboygan will be upgrading its MUNIS ERP system. Starting February 25 and 26, 2021, customer service windows will be affected by this upgrade. The following customer service windows will not be able to provide services rendered during these days:
Sheboygan Police Department
Parking Tickets payments
Dog/Cat Licensing
Note: The Sheboygan Police Department customer service window will also be affected on Saturday, February 27, 2021.

All permitting
All licensing
Payment processing
Finance Department
No impact
Department of Public Works
Receipting - Park Permit Payments, Special Event Payments, Boat Slip
Permits- Excavate in Public Right-of-Way, Occupy Public Right-of-Way, Erosion Control and Stormwater
Provided the upgrade goes as planned, customer service windows would resume normal operations on Monday March 1, 2021.
