UPDATE: HAMLET BOIL WATER ADVISORY STILL IN EFFECT. EXPECT AN ADDITIONAL NOTIFICATION WHEN IT IS LIFTED.
Dear Water Customers,
As you know a water main break occurred yesterday on East Village Road in the area of S.O.S. Fuels. The system has been repaired and water service has been restored however, a Boil Before Using Notice remains in effect for Town of Tuxedo water customers until further notice.
Before lifting the Boil Before Using notice, water samples collected for two consecutive days must show there is no bacteria in the water. We will be in touch with you once we receive a statement from the Board of Health that the water is safe to consume without boiling first.

TUXEDO TOWN WATER CUSTOMERS UPDATE
