COVID-19 Vaccinations to distribute to the four community’s senior population of 65 years of age and older. 
Belleville, Huron Township, Sumpter Township and Van Buren Township in collaboration with Wayne County have obtained a limited supply of the COVID-19 Vaccinations to distribute to the four community’s senior population of 65 years of age and older.
To register for the vaccination list citizens of each community can utilize the following form:

Due to the limited supply of vaccines, appointments will be made in order of registration. Citizens will be called to confirm their appointment. We will continue our efforts with Wayne County in procuring more doses to accommodate our senior population . Staff will utilize the registration list to confirm additional appointments as more doses are expected to become available.
We ask that citizens refrain from calling their municipal offices unless they do not have online access to the above form. This will keep calls from overwhelming our phone systems.
DO NOT call Public Safety phone lines for assistance with this event as it may cause an overload to our system and cause delays in service.
