* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a maximum value of 15.9 feet this evening. It will fall below flood stage late this evening.

* Impact...At 15.0 feet, minor out of bank flooding will occur.
