On November 15, 2020 at 525 Museum Circle a shoot out occurred between multiple men which resulted in Everado Esparza sustaining multiple gunshot wounds that led to his death.  Clayton County Police Homicide Detectives recently identified one of the shooters as Alberto Ayala and obtained murder warrants for his arrest.

Upon receipt of these warrants, The Elite Fugitive Unit was activated and tracked Alberto to his girlfriend’s residence located in Tucker Georgia where he was taken into custody without incident. 

Alberto is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as “The Hill-ton”.
