The City of Windom is declaring a Snow Emergency at midnight (12 a.m.) on Saturday, February 27, 2021 until noon (12 p.m.) Sunday, February 28, 2021. Snow plowing operations will commence after 2:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

During a snow emergency, vehicles and trailers must remain off City streets. This snow emergency is in effect until noon Sunday or until we completely plow your street of snow. Once you street is cleared of snow you may park there. There is no parking in any City of Windom alleys at any time year around.
