UPDATE - Forward progress stopped on fire in Malibu Civic Center. PCH & Malibu Cyn remain closed. 
UPDATE: (2/28/21, 5:50 AM) – Forward progress has been stopped on the brush fire in Civic Center area of Malibu. No evacuations needed. Residents should shelter in place. PCH is closed in both directions from Carbon Cyn to Corral Cyn, and Malibu Cyn is closed PCH to Piuma. Updates will be posted when new information is received.
