Last Night for Knowlton Residents to Pick up Free N95 Masks

LAST NIGHT TO PICK UP FREE N95 MASKS

Due to surplus remaining, Knowlton households who have already picked up masks may come back for 10 more. Masks have been distributed for a month-- this evening is the last night to pick them up.

WHO: For all Knowlton residents
WHAT: Distribution of free N95 masks
WHERE: The Knowlton Firehouse located at 4 Roy Ace Street,
Delaware, NJ 07833
WHEN: Tonight from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Knowlton Township’s Emergency Management staff is distributing free N95 masks to Knowlton residents. N95 masks are considered the gold standard in personal protective equipment; they block 95% of large and small particles by using an electrostatic filter. N95 masks are used to control exposures to infections, such as Covid-19, that are transmitted through the air. Edges of the respirator are designed to form a seal around the nose and mouth and must be worn properly for full efficacy.

The masks were obtained by the Knowlton Township Committee through a grant.

This evening, residents will be given 10 per household while supplies last. This offer is available to Knowlton residents only. Please enter the firehouse through the main door, which will have a sign on it.
