Flood Warning until 01:00AM Monday 
The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a
* Flood Warning for the North Branch Potomac River at Kitzmiller.
* From this afternoon to late tonight.
* At 3:15 PM EST Sunday the stage was 8.4 feet, or 0.6 feet below flood stage.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 9.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening to 8.0 feet and begin rising again tomorrow morning. It will rise to 8.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Low lying areas near the river around Kitzmiller are flooded.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.2 feet on 09/07/2011.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GARRETT, MD ... MINERAL, WV
