* At 808 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Belcher, or 20 miles north of Shreveport, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Tornado. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
* This dangerous storm will be near... Benton and Gilliam around 820 PM CST. Plain Dealing around 835 PM CST. Sarepta around 855 PM CST. Springhill and Cullen around 900 PM CST. Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Dixie, Ivan, Alden Bridge, Rocky Mount, Cavett and Bolinger.
