* Flood Warning for the Clinch River Near Richlands.
* Until Tuesday morning.
* At 6:46 AM EST Monday the stage was 8.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 12.9 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Flooding affects several low-lying roads downstream near Raven.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.8 feet on 04/13/2020.
