Flood Warning until 01:45PM

At 101 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that rainfall has ended. However, runoff from between 1 and locally 1.5 inches of rain that fell overnight will continue to collect in area creeks and rivers through mid-afternoon. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Bluefield, Princeton, Richlands, Tazewell, Hinton and Cedar Bluff. This includes the following streams and drainages... Beaver Branch, Beech Fork, Big Spring Branch, and Blacklick Creek. The Bluestone River in particular, continues to rise near the community of Spanishburg, which will affect portions of Route 19 in the nearby area.
