The State announced today that Napa County will enter the less restrictive Red Tier under their Blueprint for a Safer Economy. The less restrictive Red Tier guidance will go into effect at 12:01 AM on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.  
 
A return to the less restrictive Red Tier means most activities can reopen, some are still outdoors only, and all with modifications. For more details on the specifics of the State’s Red Tier framework, visit Blueprint for a Safer Economy - Coronavirus COVID-19 Response (ca.gov)
 
Community members are reminded that COVID-19 is still present in our community. Please continue to take protective measures such as wearing a face covering, washing your hands frequently, and keeping a minimum of 6’ of distance from those outside your household, even if you have been vaccinated. Indoor gatherings are still strongly discouraged. Outdoor gatherings of no more than three households, including your own are allowed under the Red Tier.
