KCMO will conduct a second test of the outdoor tornado warning sirens today at 11:00 am.
Today's test is the regularly monthly test conducted on the first Wednesday of the month (weather permitting). This is in addition to yesterday's test conducted as part of the National Weather Service's tornado drill.
