Heavy traffic and delays on I-95 around mile marker 13 NB due to work being done by SCDOT 
The South Carolina Department of Transportation is working on the bridge at mile marker 13 on the North Bound side of I-95. The work may take a couple days to complete. Traffic is being merged into one lane. Please use caution and patience. Some drivers may opt to use 17 Northbound so you may see more traffic on that highway as well.
