VICTIMS: Two confidential minor females / Confidential female adult

SUMMARY:
In 2016, William Havard was in an online relationship with a 15-year-old resident of Loma Linda. During the two-year relationship, Havard received numerous sexually explicit photos and videos depicting the victim. Havard sent the victim nude photographs of himself, knowing the victim was a minor. When the victim attempted to terminate the relationship with Havard, he threatened to share the photos on social media.

In mid-2020, Havard contacted a victim who lived in Highland and that victim sent Havard numerous nude photos and videos. Havard demanded more photos from the victim, or for the victim to have sex with him. If the victim refused, he threatened to post her nude photos publicly. After the victim refused, Havard followed through with his threat.

In 2018, Havard met a 14-year-old female victim on social media and started an online relationship. In 2020, Havard re-contacted her and began exchanging nude photos and videos with her. Havard would pay the victim for her photos and attempted to meet up with her to engage in sexual activity. When the victim attempted to terminate the relationship, he threatened to send her photos and videos to her family and friends. Havard distributed the minor's nude photos to other users on social media.

On March 10, 2021, Havard was contacted at his residence and interviewed. At the conclusion of the interview, he was arrested on multiple felony charges and was booked at the Central Detention Center in San Bernardino. He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail and a $1000 traffic warrant.
