At 627 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated light to moderate rain continuing across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. This rain is expected to dissipate later today. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marshfield, Conway, Niangua, Morgan, Phillipsburg, Twin Bridges, Rader and Competition. This includes the following low water crossings... Ripley Road at Cobb Creek southeast of Lebanon, Route J at Osage Fork 2 miles east of Morgan, Route B at Cobb Creek 8 miles southeast of Lebanon, Route O at Cobb Creek 5 miles northwest of Competition, Route ZZ at The Myers Branch near Rader and Route HH, 3 miles north of Niangua.
