At 657 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated light to moderate rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Widespread flooding was ongoing, however, rain is expected to dissipate later today. Some locations that will experience flooding include... West Plains, Mountain Grove, Mountain View, Thayer, Willow Springs, Houston, Cabool and Winona. This includes the following low water crossings... Wolf Creek at Highway AB, Elk Creek at Highway Z, Big Piney River at Highway BB, Little Piney River at Union Road, Big Creek at County Road 390, and South Prong of the Jacks Fork River at Highway U.
