* AFFECTED AREA...Western Passaic, Eastern Passaic, Hudson,
Western Bergen, Eastern Bergen, Western Essex, Eastern Essex,
Western Union and Eastern Union.
* TIMING...Sunday morning through late Sunday night.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 28 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...In the upper 40s.
* IMPACTS...Rapid fire spread is possible if ignition occurs, given gusty NW winds and very dry conditions across the area.
