Thanks to the many tips from citizens and law enforcement agencies, the Middleton Police Department was able to identify two suspects in this case. Detectives referred charges of burglary to the Dane County District Attorney’s Office on Jared N. Stoltz and Party To Crime of Burglary on Kiara A. Jessick.

Pursuant to the directive of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as found in Supreme Court Rule 20:3.6, Trial Publicity, you are advised that a charge is merely an accusation and that the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

On 2/11/2021 at approximately 10:23pm an unknown male & female took lighting fixtures & decor for a lobby restroom at a downtown Middleton apartment complex. Attached are surveillance images of the suspects & associated vehicle.
