INCIDENT: PC 459 - Burglary
LOCATION: 9200 Block of Milliken Avenue
SUSPECT: Allen Alvarado, 35-years-old of Los Angeles
Summary:
On Monday, March 15, 2021, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Station were dispatched to a business near the 9200 block of Milliken Avenue. The business owner reported he escorted a male subject, later identified as Allen Alvarado, out of his restaurant after he attempted to take money from the tip jar. When the witness saw Alvarado jump a fence into the back patio of an adjacent apartment, he called police.
Dispatch received a second call regarding a strange man walking around inside an apartment. The residents of the apartment were not familiar with Alvarado and asked him to leave. When Alvarado left, he began banging on the door to another apartment and attempted to gain entry.
When deputies arrived, they saw Alvarado jump off the back of a golf cart driven by two employees of the apartment complex. Alvarado was taken into custody and after a records check revealed he is on parole for burglary, he was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center where he remains in custody without bail.
