Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) Special Victims Bureau (SVB) detectives are continuing their investigation into a Burglary/Sexual Assault. The incident was reported Thursday, January 21, 2021 on the 8400 block of Fountain Avenue in West Hollywood. The 28 year-old female victim was sexually assaulted in her home after the suspect broke in.
Detectives were able to identify suspect Bryant (aka Bryan) Guerrero, male Hispanic 34 years-old. LASD's case was filed by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
It was discovered suspect Guerrero was arrested by Los Angeles Police Department's (LAPD) Hollywood Division on January 23, 2021 and is currently in-custody for the unrelated sexual assault.
