...PATCHY FOG IS REDUCING VISIBILITY THIS MORNING...
Fog will reduce visibilities to less than a half mile in some
locations through daybreak. Drivers are advised to use extra
caution when encountering the lower visibilities. Conditions are
expected to improve by mid morning as temperatures and winds
increase.
