A vehicle careened off the I-5 North freeway and collided into a local business in the 100 block of Roosevelt. The vehicle also struck a guide wire which damaged a power transformer. Power is temporarily off for many residents in the area. For the next two hours, 00-300 Roosevelt is closed and will require a detour of traffic. Motorist and pedestrians should avoid the area and use National City Boulevard.
