New COVID-19 Vaccination Announcement 
Beginning today in Hardin County, anyone 18+ is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. They should be able to make an appointment at: https://covid19.tn.gov/ or through Xtend at 1-866-442-5301.
If a patient who is 16 or over requesting Pfizer, please direct them to call 866-442-5301 (XTend) to set up an appointment.
