Aggravated Assault - Other Weapon (Suspect Arrested)
8700 block Beverly Blvd
03/15/2021 @ 0945. A woman confronted a man in her office hallway after she heard him entering the front door. The suspect accused employees of the office of harassing him and used a metal pole to strike the victim on her head. The suspect swung the metal pole again but the blow was blocked by the victim’s arm. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #01026

03/15/2021 @ 1729-1930. An unknown suspect removed a vehicle key from the interior. No sign of forced entry. #01032

1200 block Sweetzer Avenue
03/15/2021 @ 2015-0615. An unknown suspect smashed the front driver’s side window and searched the glove box but did not take anything. #01034

03/16/2021 @ 1809. A woman removed two pairs of shoes from a display area and left the store without payment. #01048

03/16/2021 @ 1421. A man removed a purse from the victim’s vehicle while she was pumping gas. The purse contained a cell phone, wallet, and $300 cash. #01038

03/16/2021 @ 1500. An unknown suspect removed a jacket, dress, and two hats that were left momentarily unattended inside the business. #01039

03/16/2021 @ 1630-0800. An unknown suspect gained access to a construction site and pried open a storage unit and removed tools. #01045

03/17/2021 @ 1530. A woman used a postal key to gain access to the mail room of the apartment complex. The suspect opened resident mail boxes and removed mail and an unsecured mail package. #01049
Strong Arm Attempt Carjacking (Suspect Arrested)
800 block Palm Avenue
03/17/2021 @ 1200. After an argument and physical altercation with family members, the suspect fled the area on foot and attempted to force entry to an occupied vehicle but he was unsuccessful. The suspect was arrested by responding deputies. #01047

03/19/2021 @ 0130-0700. An unknown suspect smashed the front glass doors and attempted to enter the business but was unsuccessful. #01077
Armed Robbery (Suspect Arrested)
1000 block Orange Grove Avenue
03/19/2021 @ 1900. A man forced his way into the residence and pointed a handgun at the victim during a dispute over a missing watch. The suspect removed a radio, clothing, sunglasses, and a computer printer. The suspect was arrested on 03/21/2021 by West Hollywood deputies. #01094

03/20/2021 @ 0552. A man used a postal key to gain access to the apartment complex mail room. The suspect used the key to open resident mail boxes and removed mail. #01104
Vehicle Burglary (Suspect Arrested)
800 block Westmount Drive
03/20/2021 @ 0204. A woman used a screwdriver to pop the lock and gain access to the interior of the vehicle. A witness notified WHD and the suspect was found ransacking the interior of the vehicle by responding deputies and arrested. #01103
