* WHERE...In Maryland, Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany and Central and Eastern Allegany Counties. In West Virginia, Western Grant, Eastern Grant, Western Mineral and Eastern Mineral Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
