* At 2:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 16.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this evening and continue falling to 3.8 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will occur.
