FLOWER AVENUE WATER UTILITY WORK TO BEGIN MONDAY 
Residents of Flower Avenue will be receiving copies of the attached notice regarding upcoming water utility work. This work will conclude the subsurface infrastructure upgrades that have been ongoing since this time last year. At the conclusion of the upgrades Flower Avenue will be entirely resurfaced at the expense of New Jersey American Water/Elizabethtown Gas.
