Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit investigators are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Oscar Casiano. He is a 31 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen near his residence on the 43900 block of 11th Street East in the City of Lancaster, on March 28th, 2021, at 1:20 a.m.
Oscar is 5’10”, 180 lbs, with short brown hair, brown eyes, a “Savage Defendant” tattoo on his chest, and a “Josiyah” tattoo on his right forearm.
He was last seen wearing a white tee-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes; driving a white, 2003 4-door Toyota Corolla (CA license plate #6TVE992).
Mr. Casiano suffers from depression. His family is very concerned for his well-being, and they are asking for the public’s help.
