KCSO Investigation 
On 3/28/21 at 2333 Hours Deputies with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 2100 Block of Harrison Drive in Oildale, for the report of a victim of a shooting. Deputies arrived and located a white male approximately 40 years old suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Kern Medical where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Homicide Detectives were called and have assumed the investigation. The investigation is ongoing.
