**** The suspect has been identified as Justin Tucker (30-year old male). Tucker was apprehended in San Jose on March 24th, 2021 and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.
On Monday, 3/22/2021, at approximately 7:53 PM, an unknown suspect entered Subway, located at 758 Woodside Road, through a back door. The suspect ordered a sandwich and brandished a black handgun at an employee, demanding all the money from the cash register. The suspect was able to steal approximately $200-$400 before fleeing out the back door towards Gordon Street.
The handgun was described as a black colored pistol. The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic adult male in his early twenties, approximately 5’5” with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black face covering, black hat with a logo on the front, black shorts, and black shoes with white soles.
