IF you were vaccinated by any of the following mobile clinics PLEASE READ:
1. ---Save the Seniors Mission-- Jack Hartel Building-- March 11 & 12, 2021
If you were vaccinated on March 11, 2021 you will return to the Jack Hartel Building on April 1, 2021. 8am-4pm at the same location
If you were vaccinated on March 12, 2021 you will return to the Jack Hartel Building on April 2, 2021. 8am-4pm at the same location
2. --City of Liberty Fire Department/DSHS Mobile Clinic--Jack Hartel Building-- first round on March 17 & 18, 2021--you will have your second round the week of April 7&8, 2021 at the Jack Hartel Building-- ONCE WE KNOW TIMES THEY WILL BE SENT TO LOCAL NEWS MEDIA AND SHARED HERE ON THIS PAGE
3. --- Save the Seniors Mission--Dayton Community Center--first round on March 18&19, 2021-- you will have your second round the week of April 8&9, 2021 at the Dayton Community Center--ONCE WE KNOW TIMES THEY WILL BE SENT TO LOCAL NEWS MEDIA AND SHARED HERE ON THIS PAGE

YOU WILL REGISTER ONSITE JUST LIKE THE FIRST ROUND
DOORS WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL TIME INDICATED AND WILL CLOSE WHEN INDICATED.
