Waitlist Registration for the Fremont Fire/Haller's Pharmacy Vaccination Clinic is Open--Sign up to Receive Appointment Updates

In partnership with Haller’s Pharmacy and the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, the Fremont Fire Department (FFD) invites you to register on the waitlist for an upcoming COVID-19 Vaccination appointment at the FFD Tactical Training Center (7200 Stevenson Blvd., Fremont) by visiting https://www.primarybio.com/l/fremontfd1

If you live or work in Alameda County and meet the criteria of one of the following categories, you are eligible to sign up:

• Persons ages 50-64 (*if you live in Alameda County)
• Persons ages 65+
• Essential workers in healthcare, food/agriculture, education/childcare, and emergency services
• Persons ages 16-64 who are deemed to be at the very highest risk due to complex health conditions
• Persons who work, reside, or recently resided in a high-risk congregate living setting such as a correctional facility, homeless shelter, or behavioral health facility
• Persons currently experiencing homelessness (sheltered or unsheltered)
• Public transportation personnel, including airport and commercial airline workers (excludes private planes)

The Fremont Fire/Haller’s Pharmacy vaccination clinic is currently open on the weekends from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and is by appointment only. Day of, drop-in or walk-up appointments are not available. For anyone not comfortable receiving the vaccine in public due to religious or personal reasons, a privacy area is available for an individual to receive the vaccine upon request.

Waitlist registration is required first prior to receiving a confirmation message to schedule an appointment. Those individuals who meet the vaccination criteria will be required to attest they meet current eligibility criteria when making an appointment, and before receiving the vaccine.

The vaccine supply remains limited, and the length of time one may spend on the waitlist will vary. Appointments will be scheduled and added as additional vaccine doses are received and tier criteria expands.

Additional information about notifications, scheduling appointments and vaccine eligibility may also be found via the California Department of Public Health at https://myturn.ca.gov or by calling (833) 422-4255. Vaccination information is also available from the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency at https://covid-19.acgov.org/vaccines

To help ensure equitable distribution of the vaccine, appointments are prioritized for people who are over the age 65, do not have insurance or have Medi-Cal, are from communities bearing a disproportionate impact of COVID-19 cases, and/or are at high risk because of where they live or work.
