The Town is collaborating with Albany County on delivering COVID-19 vaccinations at EMS Station 1, 200 Centre Drive in Guilderland.  On Monday, April 5^th from 10am to 2pm, EMS will administer, by appointment only, 200 first doses of the Moderna vaccine.   Eligible residents must pre-register for the vaccination for this event at this direct link.  When you reach that webpage, click “Find Next Available Time,” which will take you to the event’s April 5^th calendar.  Please select an available time, and you will be asked to provide contact and insurance information.  You will receive a text or email confirming your vaccination appointment.  If you have questions, please contact EMS at (518) 579-3737 or [email protected].
