Colin Rook described as white 13 year old male, 5 foot, 180 lbs, red hairs, wearing black and grey shirt, grey athletic pants, black and grey nike shoes. . He does not like to be touched. If seen do not approach him. If you have any information or see anyone matching this description please call 911.
