Felony OWI 4th Offense
On Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 3:26 a.m., the Middleton Police Department received a report of an intoxicated female in a vehicle at the Kwik Trip Gas station at 7508 Century Avenue. Officers quickly arrived on scene and located the female in the driver’s seat of the vehicle with the engine running.
The suspect was identified as Whitney Jessup, 32 years old, of Madison. Officers noticed a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Jessup. Jessup submitted to field sobriety testing and was subsequently arrested for 4th offense operating while under the influence (OWI), which is a felony.
Jessup was transported to the Dane County Jail and booked on the tentative 4th OWI charge.
