1:30 pm 4/5/21: CMFD and CMPA are on the scene of a structure fire in the 400 block of Elm Avenue in Larkspur. The fire is contained to one house and there is no threat to other structures. No evacuations are necessary at this time. Pepper at Elm, up to the 400 block is restricted, local traffic only. Please stay out of the area.
