MANNING BOULEVARD TO BE CLOSED TEMPORARILY WEDNESDAY
Maintenance being conducted on the pedestrian bridge connecting Colonie Street to Arbor Hill Elementary School will require Manning Boulevard to be temporarily closed Wednesday.
On Wednesday, April 7th beginning at 8:00 a.m., Manning Boulevard between Lark Street and Arbor Drive will be closed to all traffic while crews perform maintenance on the bridge.
A signed detour will be in place to direct motorists who routinely drive this section of Manning Boulevard and there will be construction personnel on each side of the bridge to direct pedestrians while the work is being conducted.
The roadway and bridge will both be re-opened as soon as the project is complete.
