Sexual Assault Investigation
Union City, CA – On Tuesday, March 23
rd, 2021, Union City Police Detectives began investigating a sexual assault case involving Manuel Ricardo Ramirez Siguenza. Mr. Ramirez Siguenza has been identified as the suspect in this investigation and he is currently wanted for the violation of 261(A)(2) PC (Rape By Means Of Force), the violation of 288 PC (Lewd Acts With A Minor Under The Age Of 14), and the violation of 269(A)(1) PC (Rape Of A Minor Under The Age Of 14).
Mr. Ramirez Siguenza is a 46-year-old Hispanic male, with black hair and brown eyes. He is five feet eight inches tall and weighs 170 pounds.
Mr. Ramirez Siguenza has known associates and family members in the Sacramento, San Jose, Fresno, and the Southern California areas.
