* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Adams County in south central Pennsylvania... Cumberland County in south central Pennsylvania... Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania... York County in south central Pennsylvania...
* Until 1130 PM EDT.
* At 929 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over western Cumberland, Adams, and western York Counties. A small spot near Washington Borough in Lancaster County has received as much as 3 inches of rainfall today. Western Cumberland County and Washington Borough are the most likely places to experience minor flooding.
