* At 929 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen over western Cumberland, Adams, and western York Counties. A small spot near Washington Borough in Lancaster County has received as much as 3 inches of rainfall today. Western Cumberland County and Washington Borough are the most likely places to experience minor flooding.
