WARNING OF TOWN MEETING
The residents of the Town of Sherman are hereby warned and notified that a Town Meeting will be held via ZOOM on Wednesday, April 14 at 7PM to act on the following:

I. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $14,000 from the capital nonrecurring fund for Kubota 1211 diesel mower/snow blower

II. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $65,000 from the capital nonrecurring fund for a 15 XPC Brush Bandit wood chipper

III. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $56,000 from the capital nonrecurring fund for a new Ford 550 truck

IV. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $8,000 from the capital nonrecurring fund for anew landscaping equipment trailer

V. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $9,999 from the capital nonrecurring fund for 450 feet of guard rails on a section of Hubbell Mountain Road

VI. To approve an ordinance prohibiting the depositing of snow, debris, and obstacles in the Town roads and right-of-way
