REMINDER: Public Works will begin Water Main flushing this week. They plan to start tomorrow and will finish no later than the 23rd. They will be flushing between 5 -10 hydrants a day.
The City would like to recommend that all residents refrain from doing laundry or any activity where discolored water could affect the situation until after 6PM.
Please observe the color of your water prior to doing activities where discolored water could cause issues, if you notice discolored water please refrain from using hot water as the discolored water will get into your hot water heater and last longer than necessary. The City is not responsible for damaged clothing or belongings. If you do notice discoloration in your laundry you can purchase IRON OUT from several local retailers including Menards.
