HARPER WOODS CITY HALL TO CLOSE APRIL 13 TO APRIL 26 
A decision has been made by city officials to close City Hall from Tuesday April 13th to Monday, April 26th. However, phone lines will be open 9-5 Monday through Thursday.
This decision has been made due to an increase in COVID-19 cases across the area.
Public Safety and Department of Public Works Services will not be affected by the closing.
